I have more than 30+ years of IT and programming/systems analysis experiences. I have been living and working in Temecula Wine Country since 2001
With varieties of knowledge and background. I own and manage 2 rental properties. I used to own and manage 21 acres avocado grove. Currently we own and manage a small vineyard and produced private estate wine. (Cabernet Franc).
I have worked with buyers and sellers, and sold, and bought properties in Riverside, San Diego and Orange County since 2007.
From 2002 to 2005, I taught at the University Of Phoenix, So Cal campus.
I have been living in Temecula wine country on a small ranch with vineyards. We acquired the property in 2000. I have an in-depth knowledge of the surrounding vineyard properties, homes, ranches, and lands. I also own and operate the avocado groves since 1999. Both properties are income producing properties as well as superb estate home sites. I hope that you can see that I have the first-hand knowledge of the avocado properties in De Luz as well as the estate homes in the surrounding areas. Before we settled down in Temecula, we traveled and searched for properties for 5 years. We searched all over California from Northern California to Central Coast, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles, Santa Barbara, Ojai, and finally, we settled for De Luz and Temecula.
